David Feirstein is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law matters, and corporate governance. He regularly represents public companies, private equity sponsors and private companies in a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, spin-offs and joint ventures. David is recognized in Chambers USA which states, “he is a superstar; he is incredibly smart and very efficient,” and clients “appreciate his ‘extraordinary attention to detail and ability to manage complicated issues and transactions.’” David has also been recognized by Law360, The Legal 500 and Super Lawyers for his corporate/M&A practice.

David also teaches a class as an adjunct professor at NYU Law on negotiating corporate transactions.
