Overview

Ryan Harris is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Harris’ practice is focused on complex transactions including leveraged buyouts for private equity funds, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate representations for publicly held corporations, private/family owned companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Harris leads the Firm’s Private Investment & Family Office Practice and advises family offices on M&A, structuring traditional and alternative family office vehicles, management carry programs, key employee co-invest vehicles and cash management systems to support cash flow needs of families and their investment vehicles.

Mr. Harris has represented private equity funds including Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company, Comvest Partners, GTCR, Equity Group Investments, ParkerGale and Union Park Capital.
