Overview

Reed Schuster is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group of the corporate department. He focuses his practice on the formation, organization, operation and regulatory compliance of domestic and offshore private equity funds, hedge funds, funds-of-funds, real estate funds and other investment vehicles. In addition, he represents investment advisers, investment companies (including open- and closed-end funds) and broker-dealers.
