Overview

Donna Peel is of counsel in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She brings her significant antitrust enforcement experience to Kirkland’s Merger & Acquisitions Clearance Group where she focuses on mergers and other transactions before the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), with an emphasis on filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvement Act.

Prior to joining Kirkland Donna had 11 years of government experience and founded a nonprofit for legal aid.
