Andrew Bloomer is a litigation partner with extensive experience in a variety of complex litigation matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts. His areas of practice include class actions, multidistrict litigation and general commercial and product liability litigation, trial work, appeals and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Andrew has represented clients in complex consumer class actions, products liability, commercial contracts, environmental, franchise, distributorship, breach of contract, consumer protection, fraud, RICO, ERISA, financial technology, biometric privacy and construction matters.
