Kirkland & Ellis advised ORIX Capital Partners (OCP) on its acquisition of new portfolio company, Odin Construction Solutions (Odin), a leading provider of environmental remediation services headquartered in Rocklin, California. Building on OCP’s ESG-themed investment focus, Odin performs environmental remediation and geotechnical construction services, specializing in wetland habitat reconstruction, levee construction and repair, sediment removal and treatment, and processing and handling of hazardous material and debris.
