Key programs include:

  • Kirkland University: Our corporate university emphasizes continuous learning by practice and tenure through unique insights and real-world attorney perspectives. Kirkland University covers the basic tenets for how to be a successful associate and progressively delivers a learning journey that readies associates for partnership.
  • Kirkland Institute for Trial Advocacy (KITA): Our comprehensive in-house program for litigation associates simulates jury trial experience. This experiential learning program covers the basic fundamentals or “nuts & bolts” of litigation, and progressively teaches our attorneys the key areas of the law including, professional responsibility, written discovery, evidence, legal writing, deposition training, and expert witnesses skills through the tenure of their careers.
