American Bankruptcy Institute's New York City Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will be presenting "The New York City Bankruptcy Conference" at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. This annual program brings together a faculty of bankruptcy judges and professionals from some of the top insolvency firms for a day-long educational experience. The workshop format is designed to allow the faculty to interact with conference attendees in small groups. Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner James H.M. Sprayregen will be a moderator during the session on "Business Cases and Developments Having National Impact in the Last 12 Months."
