Workouts, Restructurings and Transaction Alternatives: Role of the Investment Banker presented by the American Bankruptcy Institute

On June 18-19, 2001, the American Bankruptcy Institute will be presenting the program "Workouts, Restructurings and Transaction Alternatives: Role of the Investment Banker" at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. The program will focus on trends in investment banking as they relate to corporate financial restructurings, distressed mergers and acquisitions and raising capital for financially distressed companies. Of note, Kirkland & Ellis partner James H.M. Sprayregen will be a panelist during the "Current Trends in M&A Process - Sell Side" discussion on Monday, June 18.
