Alliance Metrics: Measuring and Maximizing Performance from Alliance Partnerships presented by the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals

On Thursday, October 18, 2001, from 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Kirkland & Ellis will host a workshop offered by the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (A.S.A.P.) entitled "Alliance Metrics: Measuring and Maximizing Performance from Alliance Partnerships." This workshop will be led by Dick Hoffmann of Leverage Point Consulting, Inc. and will address some of the critical issues challenging alliance professionals and their organizations - how to measure alliance performance, how to build alliance support within their organizations and how to allocate appropriate resources to successfully achieve alliance-related objectives. Kirkland clients are eligible to attend the workshop at a cost of $995 per person (which is a $100 discount from the normal price).
