TEI Tax Seminar

The TEI Tax Seminar was held at The Mid-America Club on Monday, July 18. This annual seminar focused on tax fundamentals for mergers & acquisitions. This year’s topics included: Structuring Taxable Stock Acquisitions and Asset Acquisitions; Tax Structuring Issues in Acquiring a Troubled Company; Executive Compensation Structuring; Tax Structuring Issues for Multinational Corporation; and Current Tax Issues Every Tax Executive Must Master.
