Disney's TARZAN

On Sunday, September 17, 2006, more than 200 clients and their families, representing close to 1,000 attendees, turned out for Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Second Annual Client Appreciation Event on Broadway. This year’s performance featured “Tarzan: The Broadway Musical,” which Time magazine called “the most visually enthralling show since ‘The Lion King.’” In the show, Director Bob Crowley breathed new life into the classic story of an orphaned boy raised in the wild by using stunning aerial choreography and visual effects. The play was adapted from the hit 1999 animated film of the same name, with songs by seven-time Grammy Award winner, Phil Collins.
