Kirkland & Ellis KICP for Clients and Other Friends of the Firm: Fundamentals of Investing in Public Companies
The KICP for Clients and Other Friends of the Firm Seminar will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2008.
Kirkland & Ellis has a long history of providing its lawyers with the highest quality internal training. For corporate lawyers, this means participation in the Kirkland Institute of Corporate Practice, or KICP. The weekly KICP training sessions for Kirkland & Ellis transactional lawyers are run by the firm's senior transactional partners. They typically extend over several months and cover issues such as the fundamentals of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, private financings and public offerings, as well as related tax and accounting issues. We hope that you will join us for an abbreviated version of that program, which we are now making available for clients and other friends of the firm.
