2009 Munich Pre Moot

On 5 March 2009 Kirkland & Ellis International LLP's Munich office will be hosting its fourth Pre Moot in connection with the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Students of four different universities (the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, the University of Passau, the University of Münster, and the University of Freiburg) will attend two rounds of pleadings of a fictional corporate arbitration case followed by a small reception in the office.

Besides a financial support for the involved teams, Kirkland & Ellis International LLP aims at promoting dedicated and outstanding students and future advocates in improving their lawyering skills by providing practice based feedback and comments.
