Law Dragon Speaker Series

Los Angeles partner Mark Holscher, lead trial counsel to Don Johnson Productions in the action Don Johnson Productions, Inc. v. Rysher Entertainment, will discuss Don Johnson Productions' 23.2 million dollar jury verdict and subsequent $28.5 million pre-judgment interest award involving the television series "Nash Bridges," at the inaugural Law Dragon Speaker Series on October 26.

Mark Holscher will be joined by Roman Silberfeld, lead counsel to Celador International in its action against Disney's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," in exploring recent "Hollywood" verdicts and their implications on how entertainment industry contracts are negotiated among studios, production companies and creative talent. The panel will be moderated by former Warner Bros. General Counsel, John Schulman.
