Chicago’s Distressed Investment Summit

Kirkland’s Chicago office will host a Distressed Investment Summit, sponsored by Hilco Global and Ravinia Capital, on April 23, 2015. This half-day seminar will feature multiple panel discussions providing a comprehensive analysis of the current and future distressed investment transaction industry.

Topics will include, “Is the turnaround industry ready for a turnaround?” and “How to sell a distressed company and achieve the best possible outcome for the stakeholders,” among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will participate as a panelist on the topic of the ABI Bankruptcy Reform Commission.
