Form ADV Workshop

Kirkland & Ellis LLP co-hosted a half-day afternoon seminar with the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) covering the new Form ADV. This program focused on helping private fund advisers navigate filing the new form, discussed its recent changes, developments for CCO obligations and liability and how Form ADV is used by the SEC staff. The seminar took place in February in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. A WebEx presentation was also held.
