Managing Global Patent Litigation
As an appetizer to the NYIPLA 98th Annual Dinner in honor of the Federal Judiciary, please join us for a seminar on managing multi-jurisdictional patent litigation on March 19 in New York, hosted by Kirkland partners Paul Brinkman, Katie Coltart, Nicola Dagg and Joseph Loy, as well as representatives from Brinkhof in The Netherlands and Hoyng ROKH in Germany.
Topics discussed will include patent proceedings before the:
- U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC);
- U.S. District Courts and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB);
- European Patent Office (EPO); and
- in the UK, Netherlands and Germany
Each panel will focus on the pros and cons of litigating in these global forums, as well as explore offensive and defensive strategies to maximize success across jurisdictions.
