Outsourcing in the Consumer Lending Industry presented by the American Conference Institute

Chicago partner Neil Hirshman will be participating in a discussion panel at the Outsourcing in the Consumer Lending Industry conference, a Legal and Business Forum, on September 30, 2002. The event is part of a two-day program in San Francisco presented by the American Conference Institute and focuses on the concerns of consumer lenders and identifying the key considerations when establishing, maintaining or terminating an outsourcing arrangement. The discussion panel, entitled "Essential Terms for Outsourcing Contracts," will cover such topics as planning for the future in the current contract, terms for appropriate insurance coverage and limitations on liability for vendor's actions.
