Mitigating Risk in IT and Business Process Outsourcing
The newly formed Tech & IP Law Committee of the Greater New York Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association, together with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, will host its seminar, "Mitigating Risk in IT and Business Process Outsourcing," on Thursday, February 19th at the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the program running from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch onsite. The panel will include in-house and outside counsel discussing practical approaches for assessing financial, operational and legal risks at each stage of the outsourcing process, and avoiding outsourcing pitfalls. Panel members will include counsel from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, and Kirkland attorneys Neil Hirshman, Stephen Johnson and Bradley Silver.
