47th Annual Estate Planning Short Course presented by IICLE

IICLE is hosting the 47th Annual Estate Planning Short Course on May 6 & 7, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, Illinois. The two day conference will cover topics including: Recent Developments in Federal Income Taxation Related to Estate Planning and Administration, Extreme Estate Plan Makeovers, Estate Planning with Life Insurance and Implementing Charitable Plans. Of special note, Kirkland partner David Handler will speak on Defensive Drafting for Cutting Edge Tools: how to avoid (or survive) IRS attacks on such techniques as self-canceling installment notes and zeroed-out GRATs, etc.
