Product Design and Packaging Workshop

Kirkland partner Paul R. Garcia will participate in the Product Design and Packaging workshop, held by Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC). Mr. Garcia will be a panelist on the topic "Deciding Whether to Litigate." The panel will discuss the process of monitoring and allocating enforcement dollars for product design and packaging infringement scenarios; planning overall litigation strategy; avenues of settlement options; and licensing.
