Managing A Hostile Press

Kirkland co-sponsored a seminar with crisis-management firm Dezenhall Resources entitled "Managing A Hostile Press: How to Survive Today's Scandal-Obsessed Media" on April 26, 2006. The half-day program was specifically targeted to in-house counsel and senior public relations professionals, and designed to teach the most effective legal and public relations strategies for combating aggressive investigative reporting by the media and other advocacy groups.  Tom Clare was one of three featured speakers, and  highlighted K&E's extensive experience and successful track record in dealing with these kinds of attacks.
