Renaissance American Management and Beard Group's 10th Annual Conference on Corporate Reorganizations

Renaissance American Management and Beard Group’s Tenth Annual Conference on Corporate Reorganizations is a two-day program focusing on successful strategies for restructuring troubled companies. The conference was held in Chicago on June 21-22, 2007.  Kirkland partner Richard M. Cieri served as the moderator for the situation report on Calpine.  Partner David R. Seligman will also participate on the Calpine update panel, and partner Paul M. Basta will speak on the session titled “Update on Autos and Auto Suppliers.”
