Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors - Restructuring Investing Conference

The AIRA conference is being held on October 22-25, 2007 in Shanghai, China.  In addition to describing the major provisions of China's new bankruptcy law, the conference will focus on the impact that China's new bankruptcy law will have on investment opportunities for hedge funds, equity funds, and commercial banks as well as cross-border insolvencies and U.S. bankruptcy filings under Chapters 11 and 15.
