LPO India Summit: Outsourcing Legal Services Offshore

Kirkland Partner Gregg Kirchhoefer will be speaking at the LPO India Summit. This year’s summit will be hosted by the American Conference Institute from January 16-17, 2008 in New York. Mr. Kirchhoefer will address issues of structuring and negotiating a contract that meets needs of risk management, client confidentiality and protection of work product.
