National Multistate Tax Symposium

The 4th Annual National Multistate Tax Symposium will be held in Lake Buena Vista, Florida from February 6-8, 2008.  This three-day event will address the latest developments and issues in areas of state and local taxes.  Kirkland partner Todd Maynes will be speaking on a panel entitled "M&A Breakout - State Taxation of Troubled Companies."
