IICLE’s Probate for the Taxable Estate

The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education will be holding a seminar on Probate for the Taxable Estate in Chicago on June 11, 2008.  This event will be available via live webcast and will address topics such as "Federal Estate Tax Considerations," "First Steps Post-Mortem," "Managing Descendant's Operating Business and Related Issues," "Handling Individual Retirement Accounts After the IRA Owner is Deceased," and "Claims Against the Estate."
