Advanced Estate Planning Conference

The Idaho State Bar will be sponsoring the Advanced Estate Planning Conference in Boise, Idaho from September 12-13, 2008.  This event will address topics such as "Dynasty Trusts: How to Use Them in the Real World," and "Conservation Easements: Tax Incentives and the Meaning Perpetuity."

Kirkland partner David Handler will be speaking on the topic of "Alternatives to Typical Wealth Transfer Strategies."
