International Leveraged Buyouts: A One-Day Symposium for Leading Private Equity Lawyers

On Monday, November 17, Kirkland & Ellis will sponsor the International Bar Association conference "International Leveraged Buyouts: a one-day symposium for leading private equity lawyers."  This program is designed for law firm partners and associates, in-house counsel, academics, regulators, trade association representatives, private equity investors and any delegates interested in hearing leading private equity lawyers address current legal and policy issues in the private equity industry.  New York partner Kirk Radke is Chair of the planning committee for the event, and London partner Stephen Gillespie will chair a panel discussion entitled "Financing Issues for Leveraged Buyouts."
