Outsourcing and Offshoring 2008: Protecting Critical Business Functions (PLI) - New York
Kirkland partner Neil S. Hirshman, P.C. is presenting at the, "Outsourcing and Offshoring 2008: Protecting Critical Business Functions" program on November 3-4, 2008 in New York.
The program will feature a discussion of key trends that are affecting businesses of all sizes shifting, or "outsourcing," of business functions that used to be provided internally within a company to third party vendors who specialize in the operation and management of such functions. These include data processing and storage, computer applications, network management, customer service and human resources. Outsourcing issues cover a wide range of legal areas, including information technology, IP, tax, employment, privacy and data security, regulatory affairs, corporate matters, insurance, real estate and dispute resolution.
Mr. Hirshman will be speaking on "Scope of Services and Service Levels: Anatomy of a Statement of Work."
