INSOL New Zealand and Lexis Nexis’ 8th Annual Corporate Insolvency Conference

INSOL New Zealand and Lexis Nexis will hold their 8th Annual Corporate Insolvency Conference from March 11-13, 2009. The program will provide an in depth analysis of the credit crunch both overseas and in New Zealand. 

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will be the international keynote speaker on "Managing Insolvencies and Corporate Restructurings after the Global Credit Crisis." Mr. Sprayregen will also participate on panels entitled "What Caused the Global Credit Crisis and Future Predictions," and "Moratoriums: The Pros and Cons."
