Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions

Penn State's Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar are co-sponsoring the Sixth Annual Institute on Tax Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions on April 22-24, 2009 in New York City.
