International Council of Shopping Centers’ RECon The Global Retail Real Estate Convention

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is hosting its RECon The Global Retail Real Estate Convention in Las Vegas on May 17-20, 2009. ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The main purpose of the organization is to advance the development of the shopping center industry and to establish the individual shopping center as a major institution in the community.

This year's RECon program will focus on topics that are timely and relevant, such as capital markets, economic forecasts, globalization, and lease restructuring. On Tuesday, May 19 Kirkland & Ellis partner James Sprayregen will participate on the "Opportunities of Distress Real Estate Investing: A Distressed Acquisition Primer" panel.
