Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures, & Other Strategic Alliances 2009 (PLI)

The Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting its Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures & Other Strategic Alliances seminar at the Gleacher Center in Chicago on May 13-15, 2009. This seminar will discuss partnership tax rules, emphasizing on tax issues and planning strategies, as well as exit strategies. Special attention will also be given to planning under recently finalized sets of regulations and proposed regulations.
