American Bar Association Section of Business Law Annual Meeting

The 2009 ABA Annual Meeting is the premier event of the Association. Following tradition, the Section will be putting on some excellent CLE programming and enjoyable social events. Partner Bruce Ettelson will speak on "Private Equity Fund Issues in the Current Market: Defaulting LPs, Carried Interest Renegotiation and Taxation of Carried Interest."
