Northwestern Law 48th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute

Northwestern Law is hosting its 48th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute in Chicago on October 1-2, 2009. The conference will provide updates on legal developments and current issues impacting business, including topics such as corporate developments arising out of the financial crisis, capital markets today, employment law and labor relations, and ethical dilemmas for corporate counsel.
