The E. Harold Hallows Distinguished Lecture at Marquette University Law School
Mark Filip gave the annual E. Harold Hallows Distinguished Lecture at Marquette University Law School on March 9, 2010. The lecture, entitled "Federal Criminal Law Today" focused on the current state of American federal criminal law and included possible areas for reform—including sentencing policy, the prudence of trying to measure success by some of the current metrics in the criminal justice arena, and the recent imposition of corporate monitors and corporate integrity agreements.
