5th Annual Chicago Booth Distressed Investing and Restructuring Conference
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is hosting its 5th Annual Distressed Investing and Restructuring Conference on April 16th, 2010 at the University Club of Chicago. The primary focus of the conference is to provide a broad overview of the state of the distressed investing and restructuring industry and to further explore how the interaction between investment, advisory, consulting, and law firms will shape the space over the next several years.
Kirkland & Ellis partner Jack Levin will moderate the "Legal Panel," where panelists, including Kirkland partner James Sprayregen, will discuss 363 sales, recent evolutions in bankruptcy law, and the changing regulatory environment. In addition, partner Nicole Greenblatt will participate on the "Restructuring Case Study: Reader's Digest" panel.
