Transatlantic Deals & Disputes: How to Avoid Shipwrecks in U.S.-German Business

The International Law Sections of the German Bar Association (DAV) and the American Bar Association (ABA) are jointly hosting the "Transatlantic Deals & Disputes: How to Avoid Shipwrecks in U.S.-German Business" event  in Frankfurt, Germany, on June 20-21, 2010.

Kirkland & Ellis partner Bernd Meyer-Loewy will be speaking at a panel on forum shopping in restructuring and cross-border insolvencies. Kirkland & Ellis associate Florian Bruder will participate as one of the chairs at this panel and is member of the steering committee of the event.
