Beverly Hills Bar Association Panel Presentation: "Casting Your Net and Coming Up with Buried Treasure: Net Results on Net Profit Cases"

Los Angeles partner Mark Holscher will speak at the Beverly Hills Bar Association's upcoming panel presentation: "Casting Your Net and Coming up with Buried Treasure - Net Results on Net Profit Cases." In this panel Mark will provide an insider's look at his involvement as lead trial counsel to Don Johnson Productions in the action Don Johnson Productions, Inc. v. Rysher Entertainment, wherein Don Johnson Productions' secured a $23.2 million jury verdict in relation to the successful television series "Nash Bridges."
