Illinois State Bar Association’s Master Series at Sheraton Hotel

The Illinois State Bar Association will be presenting the Master Series at the Sheraton Hotel on December 10, 2010 in Chicago.   This program is geared towards estate planning attorneys and will focus on the latest techniques for advising clients.

Kirkland partner David Handler will be speaking on the topic of "Gift and Generation-Skipping Tax Opportunities in 2010," as well as addressing recent trends in gifting strategies with particular emphasis utilizing net gifts.
