Turnaround Management Association’s 2011 Distressed Investing Conference

TMA's 2011 Distressed Investing Conference will be held from January 26-28, 2011 at Aria Resort in Las Vegas.  The conference will bring together distressed investing professionals to examine opportunities in the current market.  Topics will include "Distressed Investments Against the Background of the Dodd-Frank Act: Navigating Wall Street Reform," "Rights Offerings: Practical and Strategic Considerations," and "Loan to Own Plays—The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," among others.

Kirkland partner Anup Sathy will participate on the panel entitled "CMBS/REMIC: General Growth, Inn Keepers, Stytown and Beyond."
