Chicago Estate Planning Council Luncheon

The Chicago Estate Planning Council will hold its monthly luncheon program on March 17, 2011 at The Standard Club in Chicago. In light of the increased gift tax exemption, the program will examine the techniques and tax implications of giving a family home to a child as an alternative to liquid assets. Numerous non-tax issues associated with such transfers, such as use agreements, fairness issues and covering the expenses of the residences, will also be discussed.
