INSOL International British Virgin Islands One Day Seminar

INSOL will hold its second International One Day Seminar on May 19, 2011 in the British Virgin Islands at the Treasure Isle Hotel in Tortola.  The conference will consider important topics that affect not only the BVI and the wider Caribbean region, but also explore important developments in, and the continuing influence of, jurisdictions such as the UK and U.S.  Topics will include, "Important Judicial Decisions in Cross-Border Insolvency," "The Changing Landscape for the Practice of International Insolvency," and "UNCITRAL – Friend or Foe," among others.

Kirkland partner James H.M. Sprayregen will participate on the "White Elephants in the Caribbean – How to Realize Value from Distressed Property Developments" panel.
