American Bankruptcy Institute and Georgetown Law CLE’s Bankruptcy 2011 Views from the Bench

The American Bankruptcy Institute and Georgetown Law CLE will hold their Bankruptcy 2011 Views from the Bench conference on September 16, 2011 at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  The conference offers a unique opportunity for bankruptcy practitioners and bankruptcy judges to convene for a day of CLE and networking opportunities.  Topics will include, "Avoidance Actions: Questions For Life After TOUSA," "Sale in Bankruptcy: - Is Everything Now a Sale?" and "Mid-Market Dilemmas," among others.
