American Bankruptcy Institute’s Delaware Bankruptcy Views from the Bench

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold their Delaware Bankruptcy Views from the Bench conference on November 21, 2011 at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, DE. The conference offers a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives in the field as the Judges of the Delaware Bankruptcy Bench and restructuring practitioners from around the country offer insight on current issues. Topics will include, "Jurisdictional Challenges," "Claims Trading/2019: – 'Whose Case Is It, Anyway?'" and "Ethical Dilemmas: – Multiple Representations; Client and Positional Conflicts; Committee Solicitation," among others.
