IAOP Member Forum: Use of Advanced Tools & Technologies in Outsourcing

Kirkland will host the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals' Member Forum, "Use of Advanced Tools & Technologies in Outsourcing" in the Firm's Chicago office on November 10, 2011. At this one-day forum, leading outsourcing customers, service providers, and advisors will share experiences and best practices in the use of advanced tools and technologies to improve the value from outsourcing and/or share services. Outsourcing and shared service center tools providers will also be on hand to demonstrate how their solutions can be effectively implemented. Speakers will include representatives from Allstate, Accenture, Northern Trust, Procter & Gamble, and Kodak, among others. Partner Neil Hirshman will open the program with a presentation on the lawyer's perspective on outsourcing tools and technologies.
