Turnaround Management Association’s 2012 Distressed Investing Conference

The Turnaround Management Association will hold its 2012 Distressed Investing Conference from January 18-20, 2012 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.  The conference will explore the current and emerging trends in restructuring, the changes to come in the marketplace and investing in the wake of the next wave of corporate bankruptcies.  Topics will include, "Follow the Money – The Ultimate Investor's Perspective," "Capital Markets 2012 – Still Going Strong or a Victim of the Overall Economy" and "Maximizing Business Value and Asset Recoveries: Putting Everything on the Table," among others.

Kirkland partner David Eaton participated in the panel discussion entitled "Current Legal Developments and the Impact on Private Equity and Hedge Funds."
