31st Annual Chicago-Kent Federal Tax Institute

The Chicago-Kent College of Law will hold its 31st Annual Chicago-Kent Federal Tax Institute on May 17-18, 2012 at the Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago.  The conference will examine new federal, state and local tax developments and discuss the current fiscal environment in Illinois as well as legislative, judicial and administrative developments. Topics will include "International Business Restructuring: Tax Considerations," "Corporate: Acquisitions and Dispositions" and "Partnership Issues," among others.

Kirkland partners Thomas A. Geraghty and Donald E. Rocap will present on the topic "Corporate: Fund Formation, Private Equity Overview." Partner Gregory W. Gallagher is the Institute Vice-Chair and serves as a member of the planning committee along with partner William A. Levy.
